Week 113 - House'd

We're quickly losing control of the photo process

For all of the chaos surrounding the 2112, Nanner has been a great help with baby Jane and sweet with mama too.  Bringing her favorite things when she needs them most.

Offering a sip of sanity in a house of chaos.

Nanner found her own cardboard box fun and discovered that it was snooze inducing too, wanting to go night night in the bottom of the empty box.

Week 112 - Sprung

"I'm not really sure what you want me to do with this - I have not been outside in months."

Spring - time for rebirth, rejuvenation, blah blah.  March came in like a lion and is going out like a lamb with a stick of dynamite up its ass.

But since we're only a few days away from the beginning of Spring, Nanner begged to take her bike out for a spin.

Skipped the Big Wheel, went straight for the big girl bike.
Next week she's test driving a Triumph.

I can see why they coined the term "bitter cold".  2 degree wind chill within sight of Spring can make you feel that way.

But Nanner was not discouraged (we assured her that her idyllic optimism would be crushed after a few more winters) and persisted.

"Listen closely.  It's the sound of melting snow."

Week 111 - Patty-O's

Knowing how this would play out, Nanner donned the green garb a full week before St. Patrick's Day with the knowledge that pops would most likely post the photo a week late.

Smart girl.

On Saturday morning during Oatmeal With Daddy, we put our thinking caps on and tried to rationalize why we hadn't paid a visit to Mimmi and Pippi in Florida this spring (training).

Wait til next year.

Week 110 - Jane'd

I swear this was an honest mistake when it happened.
Long sleeve, long legged jammers.  For a 3-6mo old.

We've been Jane'd.  Aimee is back to work, the blog is 3 weeks behind, and Anna has been left to her own devices.

Sometimes these sacrifices are worth making for a clean kitchen.  Next post, Nanner's hair will be combed and the kitchen will have exploded again.
