Week 65 - Nanner's Playground

Anna - so calm and composed.  A ball-bribe had nothing to do with it.

"Yep, I climbed up here myself, and will throw
a fit if you make me come down."

I think Nanner is filled with as much cabin fever as we are and cannot wait to spend her afternoons outside on a real jungle gym.  Boxes delivered from Amazon will have to do for now.

Week 64 - The Tax Man Cometh

If you drive a car, I'll tax the street;
If you try to sit, I'll tax your seat;
If you get too cold, I'll tax the heat;
If you take a walk, I'll tax your feet.

Nanner found out who "The Man" and "Uncle Sam" are this week and she was not pleased.

So the Nanner quit her job, vegged out on the couch all week watching cartoons, and filed for an extension.

Week 63 - Normalcy

Deja vu all over again.  Check out Week 29.
Totally unintentional.

'Normal' is a relative word I suppose.  I am suggesting that things are back to normal now that we're back from the west coast, everyone is sleeping better, etc., but I am sitting among children's books scattered about the floor, a ladder and painter's dropcloth in the middle of our living room, and Aimee went to bed before 9pm.  The new normal.

The slide was slippery enough for the Nanner.  Nanner told Charlie Pembroke to quit being a p*ssy.

Week 62 - Hoppin' Down the Nanner Trail

Hugging it out with a handmade, giraffe-inspired
easter bunny from G-Gma

With the Boulder Creek paparazzi out en mass this holiday weekend, the Nanner announced that the best photo would grace the pages of Nanner of the Week.

Aunt Andrea even matched the paint to Nanner's outfit

A clear winner emerged.  Clear that is, until Nanner discovered the Pacific Ocean.  So excited, she leapt from my arms and Aimee used the lightning-fast reaction time of her iPhone camera to capture the moment.

Pacific>Atlantic

Special thanks to our contributors G-Gma, Great Aunt Andrea, and the Pacific Ocean
(and to G-Gpa Sr. for hosting the mass chaos that ensued)
